Previously, Mr. Globus obtained various operational roles in multiple companies. In his last employment, he was the General Manager of the New York office and the Vice President of Operations at deltathree Inc (DDDC.OB), one of the world’s leading Voice Over Internet Protocol Companies.

Mr. Globus holds an MBA and an MA in Economics majoring in International Trade & Finance.

Second Y - Mr. Y brings more than 18 years of leading large technical organizations. In his current position as Service Operation practice lead for one of the top business consulting firms in North America, he helped multiple enterprise companies as well as many service provider operators to realize the true operation efficiency capabilities utilizing technology knowledge and other industry measures; from strategy, operational plan, process, tools, and life cycle management when introducing a new service over IP.
Mr. Y domain knowledge and thoughts leadership in service operation, communication and IP technology.
Mr. Y developed methodologies for operation cost reduction, organization management, customer satisfaction, and service assurance.
Previously, Mr. Y obtained various operational roles in multiple companies, as head of operation and technology at large service provider, where he designed, launched and operated an IP services for a major Telco.
Mr. Y is a frequent speaker at conferences and in events.
He is in a process for completing MBA in Business
